7/1 HR Event Recap in Haining: 吸引和留住顶尖人才

7月1日，周一，杰迈晶雅在海宁举办了杭州的第一场人力资源活动。

活动在潮城英才之家位于浙江大学国际校区。

On Monday, June 1st, Gemini Personnel held the first HR event in the greater Hangzhou area, in the city of Haining. The event was organized at the Hai Club, located at the Chaocheng Talents Home at the international campus of Zhejiang University.

位于杭州的浙江大学是世界上排名最高的研究机构之一。

在2024年的自然指数中，该大学在全球排名第九，击败了主要竞争者，如美国剑桥的麻省理工学院(MIT)，排名第14位。

Zhejiang University based in Hangzhou is one of the world's highest-ranked research institutions. At this year's Nature Index 2024, the University secured 9th place globally beating out major contenders such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), in Cambridge, United States which is ranked at the 14th place.

本次活动的主题演讲由职业教练兼杰迈晶雅顾问Dasol Kim发表。

她分享了吸引人才的主要策略和案例。

这些包括公司品牌、招聘营销和福利选择。

来自不同行业的人力资源主管也分享了他们的经验，并就如何吸引人才来海宁等当前的痛点集思广益。

The keynote speech of the event was delivered by career coach and Gemini Consultant Dasol Kim. She shared major strategies and case studies for attracting talent. These included company branding, recruitment marketing, and benefits selection. HR Executives from different industries also shared their experiences and brainstormed solutions to their current pain points such as how to attract talents to Haining.
