Our client is a Singapore-based cyber security company, specialising in digital forensics, that manufactures data extraction, transfer and analytical devices for cellular phones and mobile devices.
The challenge
The client was looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in technical desktop support and the candidate was required to have strong managerial skills.
Besides that, the ideal candidate would have to train end users and customers in technical situations. The client contacted Gemini Personnel to help them attract and select the right candidate.
The process
Gemini’s consultant used Gemini’s in-house database to search for candidates whose profile fit the requirements. After a thorough search and selection process, the consultant introduced an excellent candidate to the client.
The candidate went through three rounds of interviews with multiple decision makers in the company (Line Manager, Managing Director and Human Resources Business Partner), before the company offered him the position.
