The client

Our client is a Singapore-based cyber security company, specialising in digital forensics, that manufactures data extraction, transfer and analytical devices for cellular phones and mobile devices.

The challenge

The client was looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in technical desktop support and the candidate was required to have strong managerial skills.
